Olhão wildlife rehabilitation centre RIAS is launching a new bilingual children’s book at Tavira’s municipal library on Thursday (December 16) at 3pm.
The book is written in both Portuguese and English and tells the story of a short-toed eagle and other animals that have been treated at RIAS.
It costs €12 (including shipping fees for mainland Portugal) and can be ordered on the RIAS website. Proceeds will go towards helping RIAS continue to treat wild animals in need.
