A total of 14 hours of tests begin today (Friday) at 8.30am on the Portimão Motor Park race track.
First out will be World Supersport teams, due to compete in earnest in Australia at the end of next month, followed by the more powerful Superbike class at 10.10am.
That’s maintained until 4.40pm and repeated on Saturday and Sunday.
Thereafter Eugene Laverty and company are due to return to the Algarve for the Portuguese stage of the new championship season on March 28 for which discounted tickets are already on sale until January 31.
