Vila Vita Parc in Porches has won recognition from two major international reader review websites.
TripAdvisor has awarded the resort with its 2012 Certificate of Excellence, citing that travellers “consistently commend your property with the highest praise, and we recognise your 4.5 rating as an exceptional achievement.”
Vila Vita has also been ‘Highly Recommended’ by Zoover Holiday Reviews, one of Europe’s largest portals of holiday review content, recognised by travellers, travel agencies and operators, and featuring reviews from over 25 countries.
The certificate states that the resort is “passionate about its work” and that the standard of accommodation is “exceptional”.
Vila Vita Parc is also celebrating the recent award of Gold status, the top level available, by Travelife, the internationally-recognised body that certifies health and safety standards in the industry.
Travelife also focuses on social, environmental and sustainability issues, and is used worldwide by leading tour operators to ensure that hotels maintain high standards in all aspects of their operation, allowing holidaymakers to make more informed choices about where they stay.
New oasis
Meanwhile, to complement the new-look Oasis Parc Suites at Vila Vita Parc, the luxury resort near Porches has now opened the new 400sqm Oasis Pool.
Located in the heart of the Oasis Parc area, the pool features four private island cabanas, a toddler pool and the Palm Bar, which serves light snacks and refreshments throughout the day.
‘Pool butlers’ are on hand to assist guests with any special requests, from massages to special cocktails.
The pool is available for hire for events and private parties.
