Now under new ownership, this family-run bar and restaurant caters for all tastes. Chef Jenna and her team have created an extensive menu of home-made, freshly-cooked wholesome meals to enjoy, offering breakfasts until 3pm, snacks from 12 noon until 3pm and delicious meals including starters, main dishes and desserts until 10pm.
Select from the comprehensive main course menu, including juicy steaks, piri-piri chicken, home-made pies, all served with fresh house salad, crunchy coleslaw, or a choice of chips or new potatoes.
Why not try their tasty house special beer battered fish and chips, mushy peas, and tartar sauce? The writer’s choice! Or choose from the selection of 12 home-made gourmet burgers uniquely paired with the mixologist choice cocktails.
Sunday Carvery offers a choice of three roast meats, selection of five seasonal vegetables, plus Yorkshire pudding and traditional roast potatoes, all for €11.50.
For those still craving alfresco dining, Oscars offers outdoor seating to the front and a secure family area at the rear.
