Restaurant As Aves in Ladeira do Vau, near Portimão, is due to re-open on March 14, under new management.
“The restaurant will be hosting a three-course Mother’s Day lunch on Sunday, March 14 for 15 euros including drinks,” said John Ketley from Fumeiros do Algarve, who has taken over the establishment with Tony da Silva.
The event will be a preview for the restaurant, which will open fully in April. “The restaurant will showcase our smoked foods and well as good home cooking,” said John Ketley.
