A repatriation flight for Portuguese citizens, or foreigners legally resident in Portugal, currently stranded in Brazil (due to the prohibition of passenger travel) is being organised by the Portuguese ministry for foreign affairs for Saturday February 27. Those included on the flight will be people who have been in contact with consular authorities in Brazil. Says the statement from the foreign affairs ministry all passengers will have to present proof of a negative Covid PCR test, taken up to 72-hours previously (except in the case of children under the age of two), and submit to a 14-day period of prophylactic isolation on arrival, either in their own homes or in a locale indicated by health authorities.
