A plan to stabilise the roof of Vila de Santo António’s PSP police station – described as at risk of collapsing and “threatening the safety of the 63 people who work there” – has been approved by the Ministry of Internal Administration.
The improvement work is expected to cost €58,000, writes Correio da Manhã.
The long-term plan is to move the station to another building, which will be chosen jointly by the government, police and town council.
