Regional Development Minister Miguel Poiares Maduro visits Algarve

Regional Development Minister Miguel Poiares Maduro was in the Algarve last week on an official visit to areas with a “low population density”.
His goal – to help promote and bolster their economic and social development while getting to know some of the Algarve’s new projects.
According to Maduro, “existing resources and traditional sectors” in these areas can be key assets to economic growth if modernised.
