Albufeira’s Archaeological Museum has announced reduced summer opening hours.
On Thursdays and Fridays, during July and August, the museum will only open from 2pm to 10pm while on the remaining days it will be open from 9.30am to 12.30 and from 1.30pm to 5.30pm, except on Mondays when the facility will be closed.
Established since 2009, the museum is located in the old town, in Praça da República, a popular tourist area. Last year the museum welcomed a total of 5,730 visitors, and of those 4,518 were foreigners. Cost to enter is €1 per person.
