With panoramic sea views, restaurants, golf club amenities and full concierge services, the Palmares Clubhouse will soon become the heart of the resort and a meeting point for both visitors and property owners. It is due to open in autumn this year and has also been designed by RCR Arquitectes.
The Resort includes two five-star hotels — one already in operation (The Palmares Beach House Hotel) and one — of an international brand — under development with 152 rooms & branded residences. There will also be an important set of sports and leisure facilities adding to the existing resort facilities. Overall, the investment in Palmares Resort represents circa €250 million.
