Realtors Real Living opened a new office in Lagos recently.
The Lagos franchise forms part of the company’s expansion plan for Portugal, which this year will focus in the centre regions of the country. It now has five agencies in the Algarve.
Real Living was started in Portugal in 2010, following its acquisition by Canadian group Brookfield Residential Services, in conjunction with GMAC Real Estate.
Portugal is the first country in Europe where Real Living is based, but plans are in place to expand to other European countries.
Other Real Living offices in the Algarve are located in Lagoa, Portimão, Armação de Pêra and Albufeira.
The Lagos office is located at Rua Pallos de la Frontera 8, in the Urbanização MarinaSol complex.
