Reading room

Albufeira council has just opened a new reading room at their historical archive, giving people a space for research in peace and quiet. The new facility on Rua João Bailote is round the corner from the main building on Beco José Bernardino where the bulk of documents are stored. Opening hours are from 9-12.30pm and 1.30pm to 5pm Monday -Friday
