Re. Portugal’s postal service slammed

In answer to Fernando Murante (CTT), I have complained several times through their website about our missing registered mail all posted from Moncarapacho.

We eventually received compensation for one of the items but, to this date, I still have not received any reply regarding my other missing item. He has got that information totally wrong. I gave full details of our loss, including the id code, name, address, etc.

Many thanks for the update, including the DECO website. Your paper is always very informative.
