Refering to the letter of Elizabeth Young in the edition of February 18 concerning SEPNA, the police for protecting animals…
It is incredible that those inspectors from SEPNA did not notice the dilemma in which the poor dog is living.
It only shows once again that the vast majority of people in this country dislike animals and have no feelings for their needs. Obviously they do not find a decent and animal-friendly person for working at SEPNA. It should not be allowed to employ such persons for this kind of job. When will they learn?
Hopefully Elizabeth Young and a friend will find a way to “steal” the dog from his prison.
