In response to Mr John Hunt’s letter asking if any other resident was experiencing problems with EDP.
I live in the area stated and my last two “facturas” have a 50% increase.
The Paderne area has been plagued with problems of electricity for a few years, with cables being cut and stolen, and old transformers not working to their capacity.
After I first queried it with the EDP, they were not able to give me a satisfactory explanation.
I noted that there were no suggestions on your part of further action. Maybe it is your policy not to get involved or you answer privately.
If this is the case, I would like you to forward this email to Mr Hunt in order that we may combine experiences.
