Carvoeiro Catholics are inviting all to join them at the local church on Sunday, December 20 at 4pm for their English Mass of the Fourth Sunday of Advent.
This is the last Sunday before Christmas. The whole Mass will be in English: the readings, the hymns as well as the Order of Mass. Everyone is welcome even if they do not normally attend this church.
COVID-19 rules will apply and all are asked to wear their masks. There will be hand gel at the door and distanced seating.
A collection for the Food Bank will be held, so contributions with a long shelf life for families in need will be welcome.
Christmas Masses in Portuguese in the Parish of Lagoa are:
December 24: Midnight Mass in Lagoa, 11.30pm
December 25: Mexilhoeira de Carregação 9am, Parchal 10.30am and Lagoa 12 noon.
