The Portugal Branch of the Royal British Legion is organising a charity “Fun Pub Night” on June 25 in Brodies Restaurant, Almadena, from 7pm.
The evening, open also to non-members of the RBL, will feature karaoke, fun bingo, a pub quiz and a raffle. One of the raffle prizes will be a pillion ride on “the world’s fastest production motorcycle”, donated by biker Chris Renton-Cooper.
Chris is a member of the RBL’s bikers section here, which undertakes a plethora of good works to raise much-needed funds.
John Miller, who first formed the bikers’ section, pledged that his members would attend future events to boost the fundraising.
The cost is €20 per person including a three-course dinner (vegetarian option available)
