Dear Editor,
Once again areas of Albufeira’s old town have been flooded in the heavy rain. Granted not much could have dealt completely with the sheer volume of water, but a start could be made by unblocking the drains and drainage ditches. This photo was taken on Tuesday on the Avenida dos Descobrimentos, Albufeira. They have been like this for months.
