A special wine pairing dinner will be held this Friday (June 17) at Tavira’s rural Quinta do Marco hotel.
All meals will be accompanied by Algoz’s own Quinta Barranco Longo wines, with an experienced sommelier on hand to explain the wines’ characteristics and why they were chosen to be paired with each dish.
The event begins with a welcome drink at 8pm, followed by a three-course meal including red and white wines, rosés, a Chardonnay and a special sweet wine known as Colheita Tardia KO.
Quinta do Marco is located in Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo, Tavira. Its restaurant boasts a “panoramic view over the Algarve mountains all the way to the ocean”. Price is €30 per person.
