Quinta do Algarvio, the latest “turnkey real estate development in Carvoeiro”, will be officially inaugurated on Friday, April 26.
The resort, which represented a €10 million investment, is located in the heart of Carvoeiro Clube, just 150 metres from the Carvoeiro Tennis Club.
Set in the middle of large private properties, the south-facing resort is comprised of 32 units including 10 one and two-bedroom apartments and 22 two-bedroom townhouses.
It was built on an 18,000sqm plot of land and boasts large “Mediterranean-inspired” gardens as well as a heated pool.
The resort is managed by the Carvoeiro Clube Group, which says in a press statement that “all units are tastefully furnished and have electric underfloor heating and air conditioning in all the rooms”.
“The village is fully fenced and gated. No access is possible for unauthorised people and there is a CCTV surveillance system and around-the-clock security service,” the group adds.
Sales have been “very successful, with 50% of the units sold before the opening”, says Carvoeiro Clube.
The official inauguration ceremony will begin at 6pm with a presentation of the resort, followed by live music, food and drinks.
