Quinta da Aveleda wines inspired gourmet dinner

Guests were able to enjoy a gourmet dinner created by Chef Bernard Lussiana inspired by wines from Quinta da Aveleda.

Delicacies on the menu at Restaurante Le Grill within the Le Meridien Penina resort near Portimão included coconut and seabass ceviche, grilled fillet of red mullet and a parfait of Algarvian roasted almonds.

The next tasting menu at Restaurante Le Grill will take place on August 5 in collaboration with the Herdade dos Grous winery.
