Dear Editor,
I must say, who do the employment people think they are? God? We have had to go to the job centre in Silves.
You have to get a ticket around 8am, and then wait for the staff to walk through the doors.
The lady we saw turned up at 10.30am. We were all waiting to see her, around 20 people in all. She saw one person, then at 11.30am went for a coffee, then saw nobody until around noon.
When I wrote in the yellow book, as I was fed up of waiting for time to tick by, she then hurried the queue along. People came to me saying ‘thank you very much”.
When it came to us, she was not happy but neither was I.
