FOLLOWING TRADITION, the Loulé village of Querença will, once again, host its annual chouriço festival, due to take place this year on January 15, from 11am, at Largo da Igreja de Querença.
As well as an auction of the locally produced cured sausages, there will also be tasting sessions and a procession through the village.
