Quarteira house explosion: both adults seriously injured have died

Both adults pulled from the rubble of an horrific explosion at a private home in Quarteira last week (click here) have sadly died. The pair were seriously injured – the woman being treated in Faro Hospital, her partner in Coimbra. The couple’s 15-year-old remains in an induced coma in hospital, having reportedly suffered burns to 38%  of her body. The fireman injured in the incident is out of danger.
