A seminar entitled ‘The Extractive Industry and Quarry Licensing’ will be held on July 3 at the Municipal Library Lídia Jorge in Albufeira.
Participation in the meeting is free and registration is now open.
The initiative will bring focus to the necessary licences required by quarry constructors and, in particular, a detailed review of the Escarpão quarry in Paderne, which is one of the largest limestone quarries in the Algarve.
Following the seminar, participants will have the opportunity to visit the Escarpão quarry.
