Funeral services company Servilusa has achieved the first of three levels of excellence from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).
This recognition, entitled Committed to Excellence, was achieved after an evaluation, which was carried out by the Portuguese Association for Quality (APQ). The company is now a candidate for the next level, Recognised for Excellence – 4 Star.
The company aims to obtain recognition in all levels in order to achieve the European Quality Award.
