Vilamoura has received certification for its quality and environment management standards. The resort, administered by Inframoura, now sees both its residential and tourist infrastructures recognised.
A spokesman for Inframoura said: “Vilamoura’s beaches, marina and golf courses already boasted this certification, but now the entire resort and infrastructures catering for both tourists and residents have been certified by the Sistema Português de Qualidade, according to European Standardisation Committee rules.”
