The public consultation process on the proposal for five areas for offshore wind farms off Viana do Castelo, Leixões, Figueira da Foz, Ericeira-Cascais and Sines began today, and will end mid-March. This period to hear lay people is for the formulation of “suggestions and collection of contributions”.
