Quinta Properties, based at Quinta do Lago, has released its Spring Market Report, which concluded that “there are plenty of cash rich buyers looking to invest but they are very specific in what they are looking for”.
According to owners Alison Højbjerg and Kerstin Buechner, buyers are still keen to invest in what is seen as a good and safe investment, “namely in Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and the areas in-between. At present, inquiries for other areas are much rarer.”
“The good news for buyers is that there is a great deal on the market and there is more choice of beautiful, quality property than in recent history,” continued the report. “The downside is that not all vendors are as keen to negotiate as they may expect.”
However, Quinta Properties believes vendors do need to look closely at their asking prices and take the advice of their agents, in order to price realistically.
Also on the agenda for the Quinta do Lago realtor is the launch of their new website and branded email marketing. “We are working hard on designs and improving technical capabilities to help buyers find and navigate the website easily,” said the owners.
