Andrew Coutts, managing director of the Portugal-based ILM Real Estate Group, is off to London next week to promote the Algarve at the popular Luxury Property Show (November 3-4).
He will be concentrating on “the Algarve’s key facts, trends, properties ranging from €100,000 to €10 million, authenticity vs. modernity, stand-alone vs. resort living and some of the region’s hot opportunities”.
The Luxury Property Show will be held in Fulham’s 42-acre Hurlingham Club, and feature a number of seminars led by property specialists from all over the world.
The seminars will be divided – with some aimed at people working in the industry, and others directed at those seeking real estate opportunities abroad.
