Price drop

British Airways have announced that they have dropped fuel surcharge by as much as a third on long haul services as well as reducing prices for European travellers, reflecting the lower price of oil.

The changes mean that for travellers flying for more than nine hours, prices will fall by 30 pounds sterling while flights less than nine hours will come down in price by 15 pounds sterling.

For short haul travellers within Europe, the fuel surcharge will drop by four pounds sterling.
