President Marcelo has dismissed the IMF forecast suggesting Portugal hasn’t got its sums right for the 2023 State Budget. He told journalists yesterday that he believes in the government’s growth forecast of 1.3%, adding “the IMF has very pessimistic visions about Europe”.
