President cancels trip to Dubai due to war in Ukraine

Due to what the Portuguese media is calling ‘the international situation’ President Marcelo has cancelled his scheduled trip to the world Expo in Dubai. The expo, in which Portugal has a sumptuous pavilion which cost over 20 million euros, was meant to have been visited by the president last month. He was forced to delay due to torrential rain that actually caused a small flood in the pavilion.
