President Marcelo has called a Council of State of March 29 to analyse the application of European funds in Portugal, in particular those of the PRR (post-pandemic plan for resilience and recovery). This will be the 9th Council of State in the president’s second mandate and comes in the context that Marcelo is known to be concerned that funds are not being applied sufficiently efficiently.
