Enhancing and representing the nation’s traditional tastes, the Pine Cliffs Resort in Albufeira has recently introduced a whole new concept and menu at their on site restaurant, Piri Piri Steakhouse.
The new charter allows foodies to discover exciting tastes and sensations of Portugal served through a varied selection of mouth watering grilled meats.
In addition to the comfortable interior space, designed with beauty and elegance, an idyllic outside terrace is also available for guests to dine under the stars, ideal for the hot summer evenings.
The house speciality, Piri Piri chicken, which features enhanced flavours from authentic chili peppers, aims to allow customers to taste the best of what Portugal has to offer.
Other specialities include roasted pork with barbecue sauce and a wide range of beef dishes, all of which are made using only the best, grass fed meat. Meats are served juicy, tender and exactly to a guests specification.
All meals are accompanied by roasted, mashed or baked potatoes, a selection of salad or vegetables and a variety of sauces including Chimichurri, Béarnaise, Hollandaise and others.
Head of the restaurant, Joaquim Fraga said: “our steak house offers only the highest quality selection of premium meats. Quality is key to us and the individual satisfaction of every customer is so important.”
Guests can now also opt for lighter meals such as a cold octopus salad or cod fish with chickpeas.
Other options include crab cakes, garlic prawns or clams.
The restaurant is open from 6.30pm until 11pm throughout July to the end of October.
On average a person dining at the Piri Piri Steakhouse can expect to spend approximately €40.
