A 22-year-old Portuguese has been identified as the author of a bomb attack in Iraq in April this year that left a trail of death and destruction.
Michel (fictitious name) is believed to have converted to Islam when he was 17 years old.
An RTP investigation screened on the evening news this week described the young man’s frequent journeys between France, Portugal and Morocco.
He is believed to have died in a suicide attack in May.
