A Portuguese man was arrested on Sunday (January 15) after he was caught driving his €100,000 BMW X6 at 219km/hour on the A-62 motorway near Salamanca, Spain.
The 46-year-old, said to live in France, was stopped by the Spanish Guardia Civil at around 12.30pm and taken to Salamanca’s police station, reports Correio da Manhã.
