Portuguese magazine wins European award

CULTURAL MAGAZINE Egoísta has scooped a bronze medal in the 20th Épica Awards, regarded as Europe’s Premier Creative Awards.

Owned by Estoril Sol, the magazine won the award in the publications category for its editions Cidade, Publiciadade, Renascimento and Sonho Português, which will feature in the Musée de la Publicité’s permanent collection at the Palais du Louvre in Paris.

Egoísta captures memories, images and feelings relating to Portuguese culture and society.

The magazine, now in its seventh year, was up against stiff competition from publications from 45 countries. The awards ceremony will take place on January 26 in Stockholm.
