Portuguese complain the least

PORTUGUESE ARE the consumers in the EU who complain the least, according to a recent poll. The study revealed that only 31 per cent of Portuguese citizens have complained about a product or a service rendered, while in Sweden the figure is 70 per cent. The same study revealed that the Belgians and the Greeks seldom complain and that residents of Luxembourg also figure highly when it comes to complaints (68 per cent). The survey revealed that EU consumers complained the most about telecommunications (16 per cent), followed by electrical products (15 per cent), cars (12 per cent) and TV, video and hi-fi (11 per cent).
