The long-promised vaccination self-scheduling platform will be in operation by next week. This means anyone who for any reason is unsure whether he/ she will be contacted by health authorities, can ensure their presence and desire to have a vaccine is known. Says health minister Marta Temido, “self scheduling will be a complementary process to scheduling performed by health institutions and will allow eligible people within the age group that is being vaccinated at any given time to schedule their vaccination, choosing from among options offered through the portal”.
