Portugal’s old people’s homes hit by 53 outbreaks of Covid-19

Reinforcing the ‘reality’ that fully-vaccinated people can still contract, transmit and suffer from Covid-19 comes news today that 53 old people’s homes are currently facing new outbreaks – despite the vaccines protecting their residents. Including the ‘worst outbreak’ in a home in Proença-a-Nova (click here), numbers affected have reached 829.
