Aariz came into the world at 44 seconds past midnight, which makes him Portugal’s first baby of the New Year 2023. He was born in Amadora, at the Hospital Professor Doutor Fernando Fonseca, and he is the son of Naveera and Kashiff Butt, Pakistani nationals who have been resident in this country for the last three years. Mother and son are both doing well, says the hospital.
