A library with over 1,500 books – all related somehow to food and gastronomy – opened on Tuesday (April 21) in Lisbon.
Powered by Portugal’s Association of Professional Chefs (ACPP), the library hopes to become a “centre for learning and research”.
“We are counting on the help of anyone who wants to donate books related to gastronomy,” Maria João Caldeira from the ACPP stated.
The library at ACPP’s base in Rua de Sant’Ana à Lapa in Lisbon is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.
