Portugal’s Fundação Oceano Azul (Blue Ocean Foundation) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have signed an agreement to place Portugal at the head of the International Ocean Agenda, reports Expresso this week – adding Portugal will host the UN Ocean Conference in 2022.
