Members of CCILSA, the Portuguese-South African Chamber of Commerce, were joined by other members of the Algarve business community for after-work drinks at the Algarve offices of Currencies Direct on Wednesday evening, July 26.
The Chamber’s newly-appointed president Manuela Robinson and those present were honoured by the attendance of South Africa’s ambassador to Portugal Mmamokwena Gaoretelelwe, who travelled from Lisbon specially to attend the event.
Canapés were provided by Currencies Direct with excellent wines sponsored by local Algarve producer Barranco Longo.
CCILSA was formed in 1980 with the objective of helping both companies and individuals foster business relationships and create opportunities between Portugal and South Africa.
