Portugal has come in 31st slot of a pandemic resilience ranking involving 53 countries. Bloomberg’s “The Best and Worst Places To Be as Reopening, Variants Collide” can be seen here, and in spite of the relatively low placing, Portugal’s resilience is still considered on 62.2%, which is not bad considering the winning country (Norway) scored only 77.2%.
