Portugal has “no room” for manoeuvre over property prices

Despite all the good news about property finally selling well in Portugal, a leading company in the middle-road of the market has warned that prices nationally have little room for manoeuvre as they are “adjusted” to the purchasing power of Portuguese families. The reality plays perfectly into the hands of foreign buyers, explains CEO Ricardo Sousa, quoting the Housing Global Trends study – while helping Portuguese remain on the property ladder.
