The Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in the UK is organising its Algarve Spring Networking Lunch on Friday, March 24 in the Wild Fire Smokehouse & Grill in Quarteira from 12.30pm.
Guest speaker will be Gavin Eccles, who works as an aviation analyst. Gavin has over 20 years’ experience in the airline industry; previous roles have included development positions within British Airways, as well as consultancy projects for United Airlines, American Airlines and Qantas. He has also supported the development of low-cost carriers to tourist destinations.
In Portugal, Gavin currently advises the Board of Turismo de Portugal on aviation development, as well as working on numerous projects with ANA Airports Portugal on opening international air routes to the country.
Gavin holds a Doctorate from the University of Surrey, and is a Professor of Aviation. He lives in Portugal.
Attendance costs €35 for members of the Portuguese Chamber and €40 for non-members, and includes a three-course lunch.
