Portugal is among the five countries where job-seekers’ qualifications outstrip demand, says a new study brought out by recruiting experts Hays.
Hays Global Skills Index 2015 shows that Portugal stands out for what Hays calls “talent mismatch” – scoring a full 10 points, which means things could not be worse.
Portugal thus ranks alongside the US, Ireland, Spain and Japan as a country where untapped potential is left looking for work.
