The Arraiolos Group meeting between 5 and 6 October in Porto will be attended by 14 heads of state and will include topics such as the war in Ukraine, climate change and migration.
This will be the 18th informal meeting of the Arraiolos Group, which annually brings together non-executive presidents of European Union member states.
In attendance will be the heads of state of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier; Bulgaria, Rumen Radev; Croatia, Zoran Milanovic; Slovenia, Natasa Pirc Musar; Estonia, Alar Karis; Finland, Sauli Niinistö; Greece’s Katerina Sakellaropoulou; Hungary’s Katalin Novák; Ireland’s Michael Higgins; Italy’s Sergio Mattarella; Latvia’s Edgars Rinkēvičs; Malta’s George Vela and Poland’s Andrzej Duda.
